Gambling Harm Prevention & Education Coordinator
About the Role:
Service Care Solutions are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a leading Charity for a passionate and driven Gambling Harm Prevention & Education Coordinator.
* Salary: £32,144 per annum
* Hours: 35 hours per week (flexibility required for evenings/weekends)
* Location: Office-based at Charity HQ with travel across the North East region
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, deliver, and evaluate educational programmes for schools, community groups, and professionals
* Create and adapt resources for diverse audiences, including those with SEN
* Deliver training and workshops to educators, parents, and stakeholders
* Build partnerships with community organisations and support youth-led initiatives
* Provide early intervention, brief support, and signposting to specialist services
* Passion for working with young adults and children
* Engage in local networks and collaborative harm-reduction initiatives
* Monitor programme impact, collect feedback, and contribute to service improvement
* Ensure delivery aligns with quality standards and safeguarding requirements
* Strong communication and engagement skills
* Experience delivering training, workshops, or educational programmes
* Able to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders
* Knowledge of (or willingness to learn about) gambling harm, safeguarding, and early intervention
* Flexible and willing to travel
