Purpose of Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join VINCI Facilities at RAF Brize Norton on a 9-month fixed-term contract providing sickness cover.
Job Description
This role will support the day-to-day administration of a busy Facilities Management contract, working closely with operational teams, contractors, engineers and stakeholders to ensure services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
1. Managing and updating the facilities helpdesk system
2. Logging and tracking maintenance requests and work orders
3. Coordinating contractors and scheduling planned and reactive works
4. Booking keys in/out to contractors
5. Producing reports, updating spreadsheets and maintaining records
6. Raising purchase orders and processing contract documentation
7. Providing general administrative support to the facilities management team
Essential Qualifications/Skills
8. Previous administration experience within a busy office environment
9. Strong organisational and time management skills
10. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (Pivots), Outlook and Word
11. Excellent communication and customer service skills
12. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
13. Experience within Facilities Management, Property, Maintenance, Construction or Helpdesk environments would be advantageous but is not essential
