Job Summary
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: 20 hours per week, 40 weeks per year (weekdays 3:00 pm–7:00 pm)
Location: Crossford Primary School, Crossford, Fife, KY12 8PE, GB
This role is to supervise the school cleaning team, ensuring a clean and safe environment for pupils and staff each school day.
Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate the cleaning staff throughout the school day.
* Ensure cleaning standards meet health and safety requirements.
* Maintain cleaning supplies and report any maintenance needs.
* Attend induction training and support staff development as required.
Qualifications
* Holder of a Cleaning Operatives Efficiency Certificate (or equivalent).
* Previous supervisory experience in a cleaning or janitorial setting.
* Valid Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) clearance through Disclosure Scotland.

* Salary range: £25,604.23 – £26,786.83 pro‑rata.
* Hourly rate £13.64 plus additional pay for shift work, including weekends.
