OEM Area Sales Manager – Valves, Controls & Components A technical, consultative OEM sales role working with manufacturers to design and supply both off-the-shelf and bespoke valve and control solutions across the heating, plumbing, renewables and bathroom sectors. Package: - Circa £55,000 basic + £5,000 bonus - Hybrid company car, laptop & mobile Territory: National role with a Midlands/Central England focus The Role – OEM Area Sales Manager: * Inheriting a portfolio of 30 OEM accounts from an internal promotion, with a structured handover and joint visits * Managing and developing long-term relationships to increase spend and account penetration * Identifying and winning new OEM customers across the sector * Providing both standard and bespoke design-led solutions for valves, controls and components * Working closely with technical teams and product managers to support the design and specification of systems including boilers, heat pumps, taps, showers and underfloor heating * A highly consultative role with real input into product development and customer solutions The Successful Applicant – OEM Area Sales Manager: * Strong technical understanding of heating systems and associated components * Experience selling into OEMs or working in a technical sales role within a manufacturer * Commercially aware with the ability to manage and grow key accounts *...
