Salary: Above Real Living Wage + unlimited bonus
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Responsibilities
* Support the Store Manager in managing a team of Retail Advisers, helping them achieve their potential.
* Assist with back office tasks such as holidays and rotas.
* Lead by example and help set the sales floor alight with enthusiasm.

* The role can be demanding and may require weekend work as well as weekdays.
