We are recruiting Trainee Financial Advisers to join our flagship development pathway for individuals who want to retrain into a professional career in financial advice. What We're Looking For
* A proven background in wealth management, private banking, financial services or similar client-facing roles.
* A minimum of 3 years' professional experience, ideally in client facing environments.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Level 4 qualified (DipFA, IAD, CISI or equivalent) or working towards Level 4 Diploma Status.
Training & Development
Successful applicants will be assessed for entry into St. James’s Place’s adviser development pathway. How we support you:
* A fully funded professional development programme, providing training and support required to achieve your Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.
* If you hold a Level 4 Diploma, we will support you in achieving CAS, if not yet attained.
* Practical exposure to real client work and long-term progression.
* Support from the UK’s leading wealth management organisation.
