The Role
* Manage the full sales cycle from identifying prospective clients that align with our ideal customer profile to closing to achieve/surpass quota and drive new client and revenue growth
* Nurture and strengthen relations with current and potential clients
* Develop sales strategy and solution selling the company's offerings by identifying client needs / challenges and industry trends
* Represent company at trade shows and other industry networking events
* Lead and negotiate contractual terms and pricing while overcoming objectives to close deals
* Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of their product, pricing and value proposition while anticipating existing and future needs of new prospects and clients
* Utilize sales software (e.g., Salesforce) to track pipeline with accurate updates to ensure reliable revenue forecasts
Requirements
* 3–5+ years of experience in sales or business development within programmatic advertising, Adtech, or related digital media services; experience working with C-level executives is a strong plus.
* Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets, with a creative, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving and driving win–win outcomes.
* Strong technical acumen with the ability to clearly communicate the value and unique features of technology products and services.
* Exceptional communication skills, including active listening, persuasive negotiation, engaging presentations, and professional written communication.
* Proven success in building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and retaining major clients.
* Highly motivated, goal-driven, and eager to take initiative from day one.
* Willingness and ability to travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
