* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and suggest improvements.
* Support the team in achieving departmental targets and goals.
* Stay updated on company policies, services, and offerings to ensure accurate communication with customers.
* Make outbound calls to prospect clients
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the business services sector.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
* Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
