About The Role
HC-One is seeking a Chef with an S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery, a minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate, and knowledge of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points.
We aim to provide an excellent onboarding experience, ensuring quick transition from job offer to start date.
About You
You should be organized to meet service times, capable of planning and prioritizing independently, and skilled at following recipes accurately. Your passion for food and commitment to quality, home-style cooking are vital. You will communicate considerately and kindly with Residents and colleagues.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, and know the procedures to report concerns. All staff will attend safeguarding training relevant to their roles and seek advice or escalate concerns when necessary.
