We are seeking a friendly, organised, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, ensuring a seamless client experience, and supporting the spa team with administrative tasks.
Responsibilities include:
* Greet clients warmly upon arrival and ensure a welcoming environment
* Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using salon booking software
* Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about services, prices, and availability
* Process payments and handle cash, card, and digital transactions accurately
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
* Upsell salon products and services where appropriate
* Coordinate client flow with stylists and service providers
* Handle client feedback professionally and escalate issues to the manager if needed
* Perform light administrative tasks such as data entry, inventory tracking, and filing
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (salon/spa experience is a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Availability to work evenings and weekends.
