£38,784 to £44,746 plus £4,228 London weighting per annum.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high‑quality teaching to diverse student cohorts in qualitative and quantitative marketing subjects.
* Develop inspiring module materials and learning activities.
* Shape curriculum design and inclusive assessment methods within the School of Management & Marketing.
* Play a role in research activity: contribute to REF submissions and support fellow researchers.
* Build emerging leadership within the subject area and broaden the School’s reputation and impact.
Qualifications
* Relevant high‑level academic qualification (e.g., PhD or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
* Demonstrable teaching excellence and innovative pedagogical skills.
* Track record of research with relevance to business and ability to contribute to REF.
* Evidence of leadership potential within academia.
