What You’ll Do Lead Customer Programs Plan and coordinate initiatives to ensure customers get maximum value from the platform. Champion adoption and engagement across user teams. Own Projects & Renewals Support pilots, renewals, and expansion projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results. Collaborate Across Teams Act as a trusted advisor, aligning customer goals with internal teams including Delivery, Product, and Sales. Stay Engaged & Aligned Host regular check-ins and strategic meetings, including on-site visits and quarterly reviews, to deepen partnerships and maintain alignment. ✅ What You’ll Bring 2 years of experience in Implementation roles, or a similar client-facing role. Fluent German (written and spoken) – essential. Strong multitasking, project execution, and time management skills. A proactive, empathetic, customer-first mindset.
