The role
In this position, youll be a key member of our friendly and supportive Motor Transport Team, responsible for the inspection, servicing, repair and ongoing maintenance of Manchester Airports customer baggage trailers, towable Ground Support Equipment (GSE), plant, and fixed assets. All work must meet Civil Aviation Authority Safety Inspection Standards, manufacturer guidelines, and MAG policies and procedures.
You will also carry out a range of welding and fabrication tasks on vehicles and equipment, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard. Accurate and timely completion of associated documentation including job cards, service sheets, work orders and reports is an essential part of the role.
