Our client is looking for a Marketing Communications & Account Manager to join a vibrant team for a 12 month contract. This is a hybrid role that perfectly balances the creative energy of marketing with the relationship-building and organisational skill of account management. Marketing & Content Creation * Shape and support the annual marketing strategy and campaigns. * Plan, write, and schedule content across channels including blogs, newsletters, and LinkedIn. * Collaborate with design agencies to create visually engaging assets and maintain a consistent brand voice. * Manage and update the website for the company and partners, ensuring timely and relevant content. * Coordinate the development of the quarterly newsletter and contribute written content. * Keep the CRM (HubSpot) accurate and campaign-ready. Client & Project Management * Be the go-to contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring smooth project delivery and strong relationships. * Coordinate programme logistics, from scheduling to toolkit prep and digital platforms like Mural and SharePoint. * Track progress, gather feedback, and help deliver real impact for our clients. * Contribute to proposal writing and spot new opportunities within client accounts. Finance & Reporting * Maintain forecasts and budgets, and oversee invoicing (QuickBooks). * Keep financial records in line with project delivery and sales activity. Team Support & Admin * Help keep internal processes sharp and effective. * Manage contracts and support team-wide communications and reporting. You’ll need to bring: * Experience in marketing, content writing, or account/project management. * Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal. * Confidence using tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn, SharePoint, and collaborative platforms. * A sharp eye for detail, great organisation, and a get-things-done attitude.
