What you’ll be doing
\n
\n
1. Resolving SAP incidents relating to SAP Quality Management solutions
\n
2. Managing requirements analysis by understanding the implications of requests for change coming in from the end user community and working with key stakeholders, alongside ERP functional staff to ensure that these requirements are adequately understood and documented
\n
3. Overseeing the development of functional specifications relating to changes around the delivery of SAP Quality Management configurations. With this, you will be working with internal and external partners during the build of the change and finally testing of the change prior to deployment
\n
4. On larger projects, you will be working alongside functional consultants and developers from SI partners to collaboratively deliver changes
\n
5. Support with the production of high-quality documentation (Functional specifications principally and also reviewing project delivered documents)
