This is an exciting time to join the Workforce Information team as we have an established shared workforce information service between Bradford Teaching Hospitals and Airedale Foundation Trusts.
This role will support the ESR Team Leader in providing a high quality workforce information service for both Trusts and will be based at Bradford Royal Infirmary.
Main duties of the job
To support the Workforce Information Team in producing ad-hoc and bespoke reports to managers at all levels across the Foundation Trust. To use the data available to not only respond to requests for reports but to be able to be pro-active and highlight areas of concern.

Person Specification
Experience
* Significant Experience of user of Microsoft Office Software at Advanced Level
* Experience in Analysis of data to provide support to managers at all levels
* Experience preparing and presenting reports
* Previous NHS Experience
* Experience of using HR database system (e.g ESR)
Skills
* Ability to analyse and interpret complex data.
* Ability to communicate highly complex information clearly and simply to information users in an NHS setting and understand and translate their information requirements.
* Excellent attention to detail
* Competent user of Microsoft Office applications in particular Excel
* Able to create and analyse workforce information reports
Knowledge
* Understanding of Information Governance and Confidentiality
* Advanced 'expert level' knowledge of Microsoft Excel
* Knowledge of NHS HR Data Sets
Qualifications
* Degree level qualification in a relevant subject or equivalent experience
* Good general standard of education
