About the Role: We are looking for a
Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
to join our clients growing site in Ledbury. You will play a key role in maintaining and improving site operations, supporting breakdowns, and completing preventative maintenance (PPM/TPM) to agreed standards. The role involves working with electrical, mechanical, and PLC-controlled machinery in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide breakdown support and perform preventative maintenance Maintain electrical, mechanical, PLC machinery and site services (pneumatic, water, steam) Support production in running a seasonal fruit pressing mill Complete and document all work on SAP Participate in risk assessments and site improvement initiatives Maintain hygiene and quality standards across the site Assist with a variety of projects as required Skills & Requirements: Must be a multi-skilled maintenance engineer Strong team player with a proactive approach Computer literate (SAP experience desirable) IOSH training desirable Education & Experience: A-Level or equivalent essential NVQ Level 3 in Engineering minimum PLC experience desirable Preferably 3
