Job Title: Customer Services Coordinator / Order Processor
Location: Paignton
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00 Friday: 08:00 – 16:00
About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional Customer Services Coordinator / Order Processor to join our team at Sierra in Paignton. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be an ambassador for the business and ensure our customers are getting what they want and also when they expect it.
Key Responsibilities
1. Serve as the initial contact for customer inquiries, providing a friendly and efficient service.
2. Process customer orders accurately and promptly.
3. Use internal CRM systems to log, manage, and track customer interactions.
4. Provide technical support and product information where required.
5. Manage the expectations of customers.
6. Be able to face and overcome needs and demands of customers with a smile.
Skills and Experience Required
7. Experience of working in a fast-paced customer service environment is essential.
8. Be a confident communicator and have the ability to build excellent working relationships.
9. Experience using internal CRM systems is desirable but not essential.
10. Ability to remain calm under pressure, manage competing demands, and resolve issues efficiently.
11. Show a willingness to develop your product knowledge in order to handle technical questions that may come your way.
