Lancaster and surrounding areas Days & Nights shifts available 12-hour shifts £16.53 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay Routes Healthcare is recruiting Complex Care Assistants to support a client returning home to Morecambe. This is a brand new package and we need skilled, clinically capable care professionals to be part of it from day one. Your role will include: Complex clinical care interventions Medication administration and health support Mobility, positioning, and personal care Accurate record keeping and working alongside healthcare professionals What we offer: £16.53 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay Guaranteed hours available DBS paid for by Routes Travel to and from training covered Full-time hours available Consistent 12-hour shifts, days or nights 24/7 support from a dedicated team Generous referral scheme, up to £250!
