Senior Regulatory Lawyer
Senior Regulatory Lawyer – Fitness to Practise, 5+ PQE, London / Hybrid. Salary: GBP 60,000 – 75,000. Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor investigation lawyers and paralegals.
* Oversee cases across all stages of the fitness to practise process.
* Provide expert legal oversight and act as the senior escalation point for evidential and procedural issues.
* Ensure consistent, high‑quality case progression.
* Work hybrid: 1‑2 days in office, remainder remotely.
Candidate Requirements
* Qualified solicitor or barrister with at least five years' PQE.
* Skilled in conducting fitness to practice investigations, assessing evidence, and preparing cases for hearings.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong leadership and organisational abilities.
* Ability to build effective stakeholder relationships.
