Job Description
The Data Operations Coordinator plays a key role within the Data and Platforms Team, supporting the full lifecycle of data processing, coordination, and maintenance activities that are critical to business operations. This role is responsible for ensuring data integrity, maintaining system performance, and facilitating seamless collaboration between business stakeholders and technical platforms. The Coordinator executes data-related tasks, oversees system upkeep, and provides stakeholder support in alignment with both global and local operational requirements of the business.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Processing and Quality Management
• Manages the day-to-day data processing operations including Data Change Requests (DCRs), sales mappings, and data validation to ensure accuracy and consistency across all business systems.
• Coordinates account creation and maintenance activities in Veeva CRM, conducting routine data maintenance in Veeva CRM and Gecco to uphold data quality standards.
Stakeholder Liaison and Communication
• Serves as the primary liaison between the Customer Excellence (CE) team, Sales, and other relevant departments to address data-related queries and issues in a timely and effective manner.
