We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to join a small team in Alton on a temporary basis. This role is varied and hands-on, requiring someone who enjoys multitasking and providing vital administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Due to the location, applicants must have access to their own transport.

Pay rate: £13p/h
Key Responsibilities:
Managing incoming calls and emails, responding promptly and professionally
Sales administration support
Data entry and maintaining accurate records
Preparing documents, reports, and correspondence
Filing, scanning, and general office organisation
Assisting colleagues and management with ad-hoc administrative tasks
Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:
Prior experience is preferred, but not essential
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
High attention to detail and accuracy
Must have a full UK driving licence and own vehicle due to the location
