AWC Staff Services are looking for a Helpdesk Administrator to work nights 4 on 4 off for our client at Midland Metropolitan University Hospital, Smethwick.
Schedule
Monday – Sunday 4 on 4 off: Hours from 7pm - 7am
Responsibilities
* First-Line Support: Act as the initial point of contact for logging and resolving issues
* Ticket Management: Accurately record, prioritise, and track support requests using a helpdesk system, ensuring timely updates and resolution in line with service level agreements (SLAs).
* User Account Administration: Create, modify and deactivate user accounts, ensuring appropriate access to hospital systems while maintaining data security and compliance.
Requirements
* Previous helpdesk experience ideally

* Duration: 3 months
* Rate: £15.85 per hour (+ holiday pay)
