Sales Director – Luxury Hospitality - Up to £120,000 + Bonus
Location: London (occasional travel to Manchester & Birmingham)
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and drive revenue growth across a portfolio of luxury venues
* Inspire, develop, and manage a high-performing team of 20+ sales professionals
* Partner closely with the owners to define and execute sales strategy
* Coach, motivate, and empower your team to consistently exceed targets
* Travel occasionally to other key sites in Manchester and Birmingham

* Proven experience in luxury or high-end hospitality sales, with a track record of success
* Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to remain resilient under pressure
* Confident, team-focused, and a natural motivator
* Strategic thinker with a history of delivering measurable results
