Job Title: Repairs Planner
Location: Chatham (ME4)
Salary: £17ph - weekly pay every Friday

MUST HAVE PREVIOUS PLANNER EXPERIENCE WITHIN SOCIAL HOUSING
The Planner role involves scheduling property repairs, maintenance, and project works, ensuring efficient delivery and high standards of customer service. Key responsibilities include daily workload planning, resource management, and effective communication between various teams and residents.
Key Responsibilities
Planning and Scheduling: Plan and schedule daily workloads for skilled operatives, ensuring the right people, materials, and equipment are available.
Work Monitoring: Monitor and manage follow-on cases to ensure outcomes are met within agreed timescales.
Coordination and Communication: Act as the key link between operatives, residents, contractors, and internal teams to ensure the timely completion of works.
Data Management: Use systems like DRS, CRM, and Keystone to maintain accurate records and use data to drive performance.
Problem Resolution: Collaborate with the team to resolve escalated queries and non-standard issues, identifying risks and implementing mitigation actions.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience: Strong planning and scheduling skills are essential, with proven experience in a similar role preferred. Knowledge of repairs and maintenance processes within the social housing sector is also beneficial.
Skills: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), strong ICT skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are required.
