Blaze has arrived at David Lloyd Clubs! We are excited to offer one of the most effective Boutique Studio experiences in the UK. We are seeking an outstanding Blaze Studio Supervisor to drive the overall studio experience and potentially become one of our Blaze Master Trainers in the future.

As the Blaze Supervisor, you will be the ambassador for Blaze in our club, responsible for duties including:
* Collaborating with other departments to ensure Blaze timetable aligns with Programming Excellence principles
* Conducting new member inductions
* Managing MYZONE community, system, and club reports
* Organizing the social and Blaze community yearly calendar, including monthly events
* Delivering products through weekly assessments and coaching sessions
* Team development and ongoing coaching based on new product updates
* Training, developing, and coaching the instructor team weekly
* Handling maintenance and PMP management
* Maintaining cleanliness and operational standards (BOH/FOH)
* Conducting weekly brand compliance checks
* Managing Blaze marketing and social media
* Ensuring employee engagement and HR standards for group instructors
* Processing weekly payroll
* Conducting weekly H&S checks and ensuring compliance
* Reviewing weekly revenue and merchandise performance

What do we need from you?
- High energy, enthusiasm, and ambition to develop yourself and others
- A recognized fitness qualification by REPs
- A strong desire to motivate and educate all levels, ages (14+), and abilities
- Ability to demonstrate effective technique across various movements
- Skills to safely perform weight, boxing, and MMA exercises
- Capacity to multi-task and manage large groups
- Solutions-driven mindset with quick thinking skills
- Over 1 year of group fitness teaching experience
- Excellent customer service skills
