HR Business Partner and play a key role in shaping a high-performing, supportive, and inclusive workplace. This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension.
Your new role
In this dynamic role, you’ll:
1. Provides expert HR advice and support to managers across a range of employee relations matters.
2. Lead onplex cases including grievance, discipline, attendance, and wellbeing.
3. Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to deliver proactive HR solutions.
4. Drive consistency,pliance, and best practice across the organisation.
5. Deliver training and development to empower line managers.
6. Support recruitment, policy development, and HR project work.

What you'll need to succeed
7. Possess a Degree (Level 6) qualification, CIPD membership and at least two years' HR experience
OR Possess a Degree (Level 6) qualification, be working towards a CIPD membership and at least four years' HR experience
8. Have experience of providing professional HR advice on human resources matters to a senior level within the organisation
9. Demonstrate a sound understanding of current employment legislation.
10. Ability to develop and deliver training sessions effectively.
11. Ability to produce reports on Human Resources management information.
12. Possess a full, current UK driving licence or have access to a form of transport which enables them to fulfil the full requirements of the job.
