Executive Assistant to Founder

We’re partnering with a dynamic, fast-growing Public Affairs organisation to find an exceptional Executive Assistant to support their Founder in a true 1:1 capacity. The Role
As the Founder’s right-hand support, you’ll ensure seamless day-to-day operations, acting as a trusted gatekeeper and organisational expert.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing dedicated 1:1 support to the Founder, ensuring their day runs efficiently
* Acting as the main point of contact and gatekeeper, managing all incoming enquiries with discretion and professionalism
* Managing complex diaries and coordinating schedules across multiple priorities
* Planning and organising all travel logistics (flights, hotels, transfers, visas, etc.)
* Preparing high-quality meeting packs and liaising with internal teams to gather key documentation
* Creating presentations and polished slide decks
* Supporting with occasional office management duties to ensure smooth operations
About You
You are a highly organised, proactive, and polished Executive Assistant who thrives in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
We’re looking for:
* Proven experience supporting at C-suite level, ideally in a 1:1 capacity
* Exceptional diary management and international travel coordination experience
* Strong gatekeeping skills with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels
* A high level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills and a “can-do” attitude
* Confidence creating presentations and working with senior stakeholders
