Role Overview
As a Kitchen Assistant, you’ll support the kitchen team in preparing and serving high-quality food while ensuring a clean and organised work environment. Your role will be key to helping us deliver a fantastic dining experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with food preparation, including chopping, peeling, and portioning ingredients.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, ensuring all equipment, work surfaces, and utensils are clean and sanitised.
* Wash and organise crockery, cutlery, and cookware efficiently.
* Support chefs and other team members during busy periods.
* Monitor stock levels of kitchen supplies and notify supervisors when replenishments are needed.
* Adhere to health and safety standards, including food hygiene regulations.
