HR Business Partner

Location: Wokingham (Hybrid working)

Duration: 12 Months

Hours: 37

roles and responsibilities

* Build strong HR business partnership
* Provides group and one-on-one coaching with managers and employees to support leadership development, business decision-making, human resources management, and problem solving and performance management.
* Talent management and development.
* Partners with business leaders to drive an integrated talent strategy to ensure talent pipelines have the required depth and breadth and diversity.
* Develops talent for critical roles and leadership positions.
* Fosters an environment where diversity of thought and background are a strong foundation for development and high.
* Org design, change management & employees’ engagement.
* Effectively collaborate with leaders and teams to drive a culture of excellence in execution, customer centricity, growth, employee engagement and high performance.
* Supports the implementation of appropriate HR solutions aligned with business direction
* Implements global/standardized HR processes at the business level
* Plays a consultative role in employee communication initiatives within client groups
* Holds others accountable for acting in accord with the Credo values
* Project management (local and regional)

how to succeed

* A minimum of a Bachelor Degree is required in Human Resources, Organization Development, Organization Behavior, Organizational Psychology, Consulting Psychology, Industrial Organization Psychology, Labor Relations, or similar related disciplines preferred.
* A minimum of 3-7 years’ experience within Human Resources is required.
* HR generalist experience is a must.
* Multi-sector (J&J) or Industry business experience, ideally with large, complex organizations.
* Navigating in a matrix environment is required.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, leadership skills and proactive approach skills are essential.
* Strong social intelligence, self-confidence and business acumen are critical attributes for this role.
* Demonstrated capabilities in influencing skills and coaching are required.
* Candidates must exhibit Leadership Imperatives at the appropriate level – Credo values and the ability to manage confidentiality and build trust essential.
* A strong Upper-Intermediate level of English is a must.

Benefits

This role offers a very competitive hourly rate. This contract will run for a minimum of 12 months.
