Due to growth they are now looking for a Principal Mechanical Engineer for their London studio. Someone who can lead projects, and inspire technically, commercially, and culturally. What You’ll Be Doing: Leading mechanical design across a variety of commercial office fit-outs, schools, theatres, residential, hotels, and major decarbonisation schemes. Managing major projects from early stage through to delivery on site (RIBA Stages 2–6). Supporting and mentoring engineers from Graduate to Senior level. Collaborating closely with their Electrical, PH and Sustainability teams to deliver considered, coordinated design solutions. Driving innovation, everything from developing new tools to workflow improvements, with full IP ownership and support. Using Revit, H2X and Bluebeam to develop and review technical content. Who you are An experienced Senior or Principal Mechanical Engineer, ideally with experience in consultancy. Ambitious, self-driven, and passionate about mentoring others. Strategic in your thinking, consistent in your project delivery. A strong communicator who builds trust quickly. Eager to shape not just projects, but the company’s future. What make them different?
