Volunteer charity supporting adults with learning disabilities or autism in Cambridgeshire is seeking trustees to widen the board's skills. Red2Green (Turning the Red Lights Green) invites you to join its board of trustees.

As part of our board, you will support and shape our work and strategic direction, and help us achieve our purpose to provide a high-quality service that supports those with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
What are we looking for?
We will consider a variety of experiences, and in particular seek backgrounds in: Corporate Relationships, Grant Fundraising, Corporate Social Responsibility, Legal, Adult Health and Social Care, lived experiences related to adults with learning disabilities or autism, Education (especially additional needs). We are a Disability Confident Committed Employer and welcome anyone with disabilities to join our board.
What will you be doing?
We are looking for individuals to join Red2Green's board of trustees, bringing up-to-date knowledge to widen the understanding of our current board. We have an experienced board and would welcome someone new to governance who can contribute to oversight of strategy, finance and budgeting, action planning, marketing, staffing issues and pay, and more. We would also be open to someone with other trustee experience. You may have a particular motivation for working with a disability charity, or you may simply want to give back to the community. Once you join Red2Green, you may want to stay with us long-term. We offer hybrid board meetings so the work can be undertaken remotely, with occasional visits to our barns.
