Pegasus Group welcomes applications for our 2026 Graduate Training Scheme. We invite you to join our dynamic Planning team in our Leeds office, where you will work on a variety of projects for diverse clients. This scheme offers valuable exposure and an excellent start to your career in a supportive training environment.
Please note that due to changes in Government Legislation we are unable to fulfil the remuneration requirements for Graduate level, therefore unable to accept applications from individuals who hold a student or Graduate Visa. We continue to support colleagues at later stages in their career, requiring work-sponsored Visas.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking candidates who hold an RTPI accredited degree or a similar relevant degree in Geography, Town Planning/Urban Planning or Built Environment.
We look for graduates who can demonstrate:
* A logical and analytical approach
* Great problem‑solving and communication skills
* Ability to use your own initiative and think outside the box
Work experience in Town/Urban Planning would be advantageous but is not essential, as you’ll be learning on the job with support from our Graduate Training Scheme.
Shape Your Future with Us
As a Graduate Town Planner you will work closely with the Planning team to deliver wide‑ranging planning consultancy services on various projects and schemes. You’ll prepare, submit and negotiate planning applications and statements, support public consultations and site visits, and provide professional advice to clients, local planning authorities and other statutory bodies. You will gain valuable experience across a range of sectors and clients.
