Salary: £33,075 to £50,471 depending on experience
About the Role:
A vibrant secondary school in Milton Keynes is seeking an inspiring and committed English Teacher to join their team from September 2025. You will play a key role in delivering creative and engaging English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping students develop a love for reading, writing, and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons
* Differentiate effectively to meet the needs of all learners
* Monitor and assess student progress, providing targeted support
* Contribute to curriculum development and literacy initiatives
* Maintain a positive classroom environment with high expectations
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching English at secondary level
* Strong subject knowledge and passion for literature and language
* Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
