We’re offering a competitive basic salary up to £47,780, depending on skills, experience and accreditation – plus a £2,000 sign-on bonus (£1,000 on joining and £1,000 paid in month 13). Whether your experience comes from an independent garage or a franchised dealership, we’d love to hear from you. Salary guide (dependent on skills & experience): Service & Maintenance Technicians – up to £37,700 Service & Diagnostic Technicians – up to £40,220 Senior Technicians – up to £42,740 Master Technicians – up to £47,780 Additional qualifications such as an MOT Licence or EV certification will further enhance your package.
