About the role
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic Project Manager, with experience of working within adult social care, to lead the delivery of high‑impact improvement and transformation across Adult Social Care services. You will drive change, working with partners, practitioners, residents and carers to improve outcomes and ensure services are sustainable, person‑centred and CQC‑ready. The role involves strong leadership of projects, managing risks, performance and stakeholders, and using data and insight to evidence impact. You will champion innovation, embed best practice, and deliver measurable improvements that enhance service quality, workforce capability and the experience of people who rely on care and support.

You will have a strong track record of delivering service improvement and transformation within adult social care. You will be a confident leader, able to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders and drive change in complex environments. You will support the development of a performance and improvement culture and will use your excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills, to develop insight to deliver measurable outcomes. You will be proactive, resilient and adaptable, with a passion for continuous improvement. A collaborative approach and commitment to person‑centred care are essential, alongside the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver at pace.

Please note that this post is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and you will be required to meet the cost of the DBS check currently £49.50. The payment for this will be deducted from your first four months’ salary payments at a rate of £12.38 per month. If you do not commence employment for any reason but the DBS has been processed, you will be sent an invoice for the payment of £49.50.
