Job Description
To support the Recruiter with all aspects of recruitment to enable the delivery of a responsive end to end recruitment service that incorporates a great candidate experience. To generate new recruitment pathways and build a strong local network of contacts across the Chesterfield and Mansfield areas. To support training and be able to go into the field for Care Professional support including competency checks.
The Role
* Manage all aspects of recruitment administration ensuring compliance with legislation, regulators and Franchise Standards.
* Maintain effective communication with candidates, gather information and ensure a positive candidate experience.
* Process candidates through the system in a timely manner ensuring data is accurate.
* Process all pre-employment checks and collate pre-employment documentation.
* Support on the Induction Welcome programme for all new Care Professionals, ensuring they attain the relevant level of competence to deliver their role.
* Complete on the job competency assessments including stockings, catheters, inhalers, medications, support visits and observations to ensure Care Professionals have the right skills and knowledge to complete their Care Certificates.
* Work closely with the office team to ensure all new Care Professionals are fully supported in their first 3 months of employment.
* Work closely with the management team
* Attend local events utilising the network to attract new candidates.
* Look for innovative ways to generate new Care Professionals to enable business growth.
* To complete the Care Professionals onboarding and ensure their development and support is planned.
* Be a part of the On Call rota
* Carry out any other duties deemed necessary for the successful operation of the business.
* At weekends work as part of the operational team to meet the service requirements.

* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Driving license and use of a car on a daily basis
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A good knowledge of health and social care.
* Excellent presentation skills.
* Ability to communicate and motivate others, helping them to achieve their potential.
* Good working knowledge of IT Systems with experience of Microsoft Office or Google Suite, working with databases and virtual communication platforms with the ability to learn and adopt new technologies where appropriate.
The Recruitment, Training and Network support position works alternate weekends and has on call duties.
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum, dependent on experience
