Berry Chiswick is looking for a Service Advisor/Parts Advisor
We’re hiring a Service Advisor/Parts Advisor who will act as the key link between our Service department and Parts Department. In this role you’ll manage the full customer journey: welcoming guests, ensuring a smooth process, agreeing on service, understanding repair requirements, booking work and presenting the completed job. You’ll also schedule test drives for our technicians, liaise with the Parts team, suggest additional products and services, and maintain accurate invoicing to give BMW customers peace of mind.
Your profile
We’re seeking someone with proven service‑advisor experience and a passion for automotive. You should be able to quickly understand BMW processes, products and services. If you have the tenacity and commitment to realise your potential, we’ll provide training to help you reach your full potential.
