The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality audit work, managing teams, and providing leadership and guidance to staff. They will also be expected to develop business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
* Audit Delivery: Deliver high-quality audit work that meets client expectations and regulatory requirements.
* Team Management: Manage and lead audit teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and support to deliver quality work.
* Business Development: Develop business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the firm.
* Leadership and Guidance: Provide leadership and guidance to staff, mentoring and developing their skills and abilities.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
* ACA/ACCA/ICAS Qualification: Be qualified or equivalent, with significant experience in delivering audit and assurance services.
* Industry Knowledge: Have excellent working knowledge of UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP, and Financial Reporting requirements.
* Leadership and Communication Skills: Be able to manage and develop staff, coordinating projects, mentoring, counselling, appraising, recruiting, and identifying and converting business opportunities.
