This high-profile role is responsible for driving new business, increasing sales, and expanding a worldwide membership base. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a global commercial strategy across multiple divisions. Lead, motivate, and grow high-performing Sales & Marketing teams. Drive sales of services and expand international membership. Build key account plans, identify cross-selling opportunities, and set strategic targets. Plan and manage events, exhibitions, and customer engagement initiatives. Maintain strong relationships with key clients globally through regular visits and communication. About You: Proven experience creating and executing commercial strategies. Strong leadership skills with a track record of inspiring teams. Excellent understanding of diverse industries and supply chains. Results-driven with experience setting targets and measuring performance. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills. Comfortable engaging stakeholders at all levels and international travel. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams/Zoom, PowerPoint; skilled in delivering presentations and webinars. Full driving licence essential. Desirable: Experience in testing or certification environments. Event planning and delivery experience. Social media management experience. Familiarity with CRM systems.
