An independent Quantity Surveying consultancy is seeking an intelligent Assistant Quantity Surveyor as they continue to expand their Surrey office after winning further work across several different sectors.
Assistant Quantity Surveyor's Role
* Support a Senior QS and Associate Quantity Surveyor with pre and post contract tasks, including some Contract Administration/Employer's Agent work.
* Assist on projects up to £80m, including industrial, healthcare, retail, and residential.
Qualifications
* 18+ months of Quantity Surveying experience.
* Completed a Quantity Surveying degree (or on the apprenticeship scheme).
* Basic pre and post contract experience.
* Worked for a PQS/QS consultancy practice.
* Able to commute around Surrey (driving licence and car).
