The Role
We're looking for a dynamic and adaptable individual to join our team in a project-focused role supporting recruitment operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on structure, enjoys working with data, and is excited by the potential of AI in HR.

Essential Skills & Experience
Project & Process Orientation

* Comfortable creating and following structured methodologies to support recruitment workflows
* Strong project management skills, with a flexible approach tailored to Clyde & Co's environment rather than formal frameworks like Prince2
* Able to manage multiple priorities and drive progress independently

Data & Tech Confidence

* A keen eye for data quality and accuracy
* Confident working with spreadsheets and handling data sets
* Any experience with or enthusiasm for AI tools and applications is a bonus
