What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead support and motivate a team of Civil Enforcement Officers
* Deliver daily briefings and provide ongoing guidance and coaching
* Act as the first point of contact for escalated issues from colleagues and members of the public
* Monitor performance and track key operational KPIs
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and operational standards
* Maintain a visible supervisory presence across patrol areas in London
* Carry out Civil Enforcement Officer duties when required - issuing Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) and advising the public on parking regulations
What Makes a Great Supervisor
* Previous experience in a supervisory or management role
* Confident communicator with a calm professional approach
* Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills
* Self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative
* Comfortable working outdoors in all weathers
* Organised and confident using Microsoft Office
* Flexible and able to work shifts
Working Hours
* 42.5 hours per week
* 5 days on 2 days off
* Shifts between 7:00am and 11:00pm
