Managing Director
We are proud to be working in partnership with a specialist professional services firm to help them recruit for a newly created Managing Director for the legal division of the business. Working closely with the Executive Board, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of the business whilst developing and implementing the legal division’s strategy, which will involve expanding its sector coverage. You will be responsible for enhancing the service line developments and improving operational resilience.
Responsibilities
* Drive the growth of the business and develop and implement the legal division’s strategy, including expanding sector coverage.
* Enhance service line developments and improve operational resilience within the division.
Qualifications
* commercially driven legal leader with a strong growth mindset and professional services experience, and a proven track record of scaling a business.
* Knowledge of consultancy-led (flexible lawyering) legal experience is highly advantageous.
* Qualified lawyer with proven leadership experience to succeed in a role with significant autonomy and board-level influence.
* Location: ideally based in Manchester or London.
