As part of the planning and delivery team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of our innovation products and projects. The P&D team collaborates with technical and innovation teams to ensure plan accuracy, manage end-to-end processes, and land projects on time. We enable our third-party suppliers (e.g., artwork, design agencies) to plan resources effectively to meet deadlines and stay within budget. To support our ambitious plans, we need proactive, organized individuals with an eye for detail and excellent communication skills. This is a hybrid position requiring 2 days a week in our Farringdon office. Job Responsibilities
Maintain the product plan, ensuring process adherence, running lock meetings, issuing reports and minutes, and escalating issues promptly. Monitor project milestones and progress, updating critical paths as needed based on gating rules. Assist the planning and delivery manager with batching and workload balancing throughout the year, including planning for peaks and risks. Provide visibility of upcoming work to internal product development, technical teams, and agency partners. Document processes clearly, develop training sessions, and support colleagues with process guidance. Identify process pain points, gather feedback, and propose improvements. Support key meetings by managing attendees, sharing minutes, and tracking actions. Attend WIP meetings to monitor progress, identify issues, and escalate barriers. Manage large or cross-category projects, defining schedules, processes, risks, and critical plans. Support product developers by designing and running projects through platforms like Nectar 360 attest. Coordinate data from product plans, insights platforms, and finance teams to generate periodic reports and communicate project performance. Provide support to agency partners on design, product specs, and artwork queries. Assist the planning and delivery manager with budget management through robust planning and processes. What You Need to Know
Understanding of artwork and related processes. Experience in end-to-end project delivery for complex product development/innovation plans. Strong IT skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Good project management and planning skills. Ability to deliver artwork, project, and product performance reports against SLAs. Qualifications / Requirements
