We're excited to share an exceptional opportunity to join our Sales and Events team as Business Development Director—a pivotal role that will shape and drive the future of our business development strategy across both regional and national markets.
This is more than a leadership position; it's a chance to build a dynamic, forward-thinking business development function from the ground up. You'll be at the forefront of crafting and executing a comprehensive strategy that expands our market presence and deepens relationships with both new and existing clients across our Business Services and Private Client sectors working hand in hand with the Sales Director, Marketing Manager, and Events Manager.

What the job involves:
* Lead and inspire our business development team, moulding a culture that is agile, collaborative, and performance driven.
* Work closely with Heads of Departments to align strategic goals and unlock growth opportunities across the business.
* Leverage state-of-the-art software and Ai to enhance decision-making, streamline operations, and drive innovation.
* Design scalable frameworks for regional and national expansion, ensuring long-term success and sustainability.
* Mentor and develop talent, empowering your team to exceed targets and deliver exceptional client value.
* Help Develop and Collaborate with the Sales and Events Manager the launch of our bespoke B2B sales operation.
What you need:
* Extensive experience in a professional sales environment, with proven success in both inbound and outbound strategies, lead generation, and client retention.
* A genuine passion for delivering exceptional client care, both to direct clients and professional referrers, with a commitment to building long-term, trust-based relationships.
* Excellent planning and organisational abilities, with a track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities within fast-paced environments.
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, email platforms, and internet-based tools, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
* Self-motivated and proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset and a desire to grow within the fields of sales, marketing, or legal services.
