A forward-thinking, technology-driven legal firm based in the heart of Manchester - is on the lookout for a proactive and innovative developer to join their in-house IT team. Once you are up and running (With the team, projects and the internal systems) it will be a hybrid role (3 days in office and 2 days from home) As a Proclaim Developer, you'll play a vital role in maintaining, developing, and enhancing the firm's Proclaim case management system to support business growth and efficiency. You'll work closely with stakeholders across departments, contributing to a range of exciting projects while helping to shape the digital future of the business. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain workflows, screens, and processes within Proclaim Create and amend reports and document templates Integrate Proclaim with third-party systems and APIs Provide system support and troubleshoot issues Work on automation to improve internal efficiencies Collaborate with IT and operations teams to gather and deliver business requirements Key Skills the Proclaim Developer will have: At least 3 years experience as a proclaim developer Strong understanding of case management systems.
