The Role
The Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and compliant environment across the firm's UK and international offices.
1. Act as the competent person for Health & Safety and fire safety
2. Ensure compliance with UK legislation, HSE guidelines, and firm requirements
3. Conduct and review necessary assessments and maintain accurate records
4. Manage suppliers to ensure safe and compliant delivery of services
5. Lead the Health & Safety Committee and develop risk assessments
6. Oversee training and engagement for Health & Safety and physical security
7. Ensure robust security and emergency procedures
8. Manage operational safety initiatives and monitor HSE performance
The Candidate
The ideal candidate for the Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager role should possess the following:
9. NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety
10. Experience in a multi-site estate within a Professional Services environment
11. Exceptional relationship management and communication skills
12. Ability to influence and problem-solve creatively
13. Knowledge of ISO45001 and experience in supplier management
14. Chartered Member of IOSH
