Job Title: Private Client Solicitor
The Firm:
A Legal 500 ranked firm across a number of practice areas, acting for a wide range of commercial, private and public sector clients, is seeking a Private Client Solicitor. The firm is renowned for providing and encouraging a supportive environment for all staff, regardless of job title.
The Team:
The Private Client team is the oldest and largest practice area at the firm. It has a loyal client base and a great reputation locally. The team is made up of two partners, nine fee-earners, and five support staff, with several members of the team ranked as leading individuals in the legal directories.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation of Wills and Trusts for all types of clients
* Ability to deal with the administration of estates throughout the administration process
* Supporting and overseeing junior members of the team
* Actively involved in business development activities of the team
Skills & Experience:
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 4PQE+
* STEP membership desirable but not essential
* Well-developed IT skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
