We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established, market-leading consumer brand known for its high-quality, functional products sold across major retail and e-commerce channels. As part of their continued growth on Amazon, they’re looking to appoint an experienced Amazon Account Manager to take full ownership of their Amazon Seller Central account.This is an office-based role, offering close collaboration with internal teams and the opportunity to be fully immersed in the day-to-day commercial performance of a recognisable household brand.
The Role
As Amazon Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end management of the Amazon account, driving sales growth, profitability and brand presence. Acting as the Amazon expert within the business, you’ll work closely with marketing, supply chain and senior stakeholders to optimise performance.
* Full ownership of the Amazon Seller Central account (UK and potentially EU)
* Developing and executing the Amazon growth strategy aligned with wider business objectives
* Managing listings, content optimisation, A+ content and brand storefronts
* Overseeing PPC and promotional activity to maximise ROI
* Monitoring account health, compliance and performance metrics
* Analysing sales data, forecasting demand and identifying growth opportunities
* Liaising with Amazon support teams and third-party agencies
* Staying up to date with Amazon platform changes and best practices
About You
We’re looking for someone commercially minded, analytical and confident operating in a fast-paced, office-based e-commerce environment.
* Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts
* Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, PPC and promotional mechanics
* Experience within consumer products (FMCG or homeware desirable)
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into decisions
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* A proactive, detail-focused and hands-on approach
